Motor. This is the core part of the motorcycle, including the internal combustion engine and gearbox. Internal combustion engines can be divided into various types according to the different forms of heat dissipation and cylinder layout, but their basic working principles are similar, mainly involving compression, gas distribution, and transmission processes. The gearbox is mainly composed of a transmission gear and a clutch, which is responsible for strengthening the power and achieving the second stage transmission.
Frame. The frame is the structural foundation of the motorcycle, which is mainly composed of the basic frame and the running mechanism. Most modern motorcycles don't have much electrification aids, and the frame is usually made of different materials like aluminum alloy or braided. In addition, shock absorbers, brake systems, wheels, tires, steering mechanisms, and some electrical components are included.
Annex. Accessories include a variety of exterior parts, electrical components, wiring harnesses, gauges, bulbs, and auxiliary designs.
The dynamic working state of a motorcycle can be divided into three main parts:
Powertrain. It is responsible for generating and transmitting power, and is mainly composed of the oil supply system, internal combustion engine, gearbox and transmission system. The engine and fuel supply system are responsible for generating power, the gearbox strengthens the power and achieves secondary transmission, and the transmission system is responsible for the power output at the end.
Control assembly. Various operating components, such as accelerator, brake, clutch and steering mechanism, are integrated, and the driver controls the driving state of the motorcycle by operating these components properly.
Electrification system. These include generators, oil control systems, ignition time and intensity control, and while drivers can't feel their work directly, these systems are essential to keeping the vehicle in good driving condition.
